Everyone I've talked to over the last several days knows I've fallen in love with Ellie Goulding's music. I've been listening to her album, Lights, on repeat and I see no signs of letting up! Her voice is an interesting mix of delicate and powerful simultaneously and her lyrics are a refreshing change- they are obscure yet I can feel exactly what the song is about. I almost started crying the first time I listened to the album. She said Bjork is one of her biggest influences, which explains a lot.
