Work in upcoming shows

As I posted earlier, I have work in a show at Texas Women's University.  Two of my pieces also were accepted into New Texas Talent at Craighead Green Gallery in Dallas.

 I'm currently working on my artist statement for the New TX Talent show.  The downside of being an artist is having to do the paperwork/business side of it.  Writing an artist statement falls under the business category for me.  If I wanted to write, I'd be a writer!

Anyway, I thought I'd post images of the work in these two shows:

Playful Interaction, 10"x13", toner, pigment, charcoal on paper, currently in 125 Mile Exhibition at TWU.



Floating Retina, 11"x15", toner, pigment, charcoal, acrylic, thread, mylar on paper, to show in New Texas Talent at Craighead Green Gallery.


Metropolitan, 42"x52", toner, ink, charcoal, acrylic, fabric on paper, to show in New Texas Talent at Craighead Green Gallery.
